Had a tooth yanked today...Dr. told me exactly what was going to happen. Aftercare instructions, a script to prevent infection and some pain killers(T3)...will be going back for sure and would highly recommend
As a long time patient, the Dr and his team have always been informative, respectful and kind to me. Today he came to say hi eventhough he was doing something else. It matters and I appreciated that.
Today my experience with the staff was very disappointing. I missed an appointment due to illness and was charged a $100 fee, which I understand is policy, but the way it was handled lacked empathy. Instead of showing any concern, I was immediately told I’d need to pay a deposit for future visits. Clinics should enforce policies, but staff should also communicate with kindness, especially when someone is unwell. I am forced to change dentist because of this. A little understanding would have gone a long way.
My son and I are long time patients, we are also both tricky to work on. I have alot of anxiety from another dentist, and my son has some sensory issues. Dr. Shafiei has always been amazing, he makes you feel comfortable, explains everything along the way and is always wearing a smile. He's kind to his staff and I shows. We will patients of his as long as he's in practice! Thank you Hume Street Dental Team ❤️
