Worst experience in the shop, my car send to this repair shop and my two pairs of sunglasses was stolen in here never trust this repairer anymore. I’m 100% sure that my sunglasses left in car. I contact them and they just ask me to report to the insurance company. Which they are not even care about this matter.
Exceptional service with a smile. I have yet to meet a more professional team. I am beyond impressed and extremely thankful that my car was in the best hands. Couldn’t have asked for more. Quality repair, a sparkling clean car at pick up, not to mention a great loan car. Thanks to the amazing team at Hume Collision Centre, highly recommend these guys.

Dropped my car off with a full tank of petrol, picked it up with an almost empty tank. When I told reception they all just laughed at me. Petrol cap was broken too!! Extremely rude customer service, refused to get me a taxi that I was entitled to to the car hire place and when I went back to pick my car up they had gotten a taxi for some other customers.
