Real supportive customer service and excellent work on my car
Friendly customer service and an excellent repair job. Highly recommend them.
Had an accident earlier this month and was advised that repairs would take approximately 2 weeks. The team at Hume Collision completed the repairs a week earlier than estimated and did a phenomenal job in getting my car back to normal. From the intial towing service to the ladies at reception, everyone was incredibly friendly to deal with. So glad I chose to go with my insurers recommended repairer. Thank you again!
I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the team at Hume Collission Centre, this is the second time I have used them for repairs to two of my cars, and I am extremely pleased with the results. Each time my car came back clean and 100% repaired, with no evidence at all that an accident even happened. I am convinced they have a time machine. The ladies on the phone were thorough and helpful too. I would not hesitate to use this shop again.
