The medical negligence is astounding, I will be filing an APHRA complaint. I had much higher expectations for treatment and attention to detail after my father had a proximal left anterior descending (LAD) artery occlusion. Receptionist who answered the phone incredibly rude and condescending. She needs a long lesson on customer service. Won’t be returning there. Will also be sharing my experience with everyone I know.
