No call, no show three times in a row when trying to get an estimate. Then tried to place blame elsewhere. Poor experience with poor customer service.
10/10 experience! Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! I had an inspection to look at Powderpost beetles and other unknown wood boring insect activity and Jon was incredibly helpful, kind, and provided me with practical solutions. Highly recommended!
UPDATED REVIEW. After my initial review giving this company 5 stars I have to say I'm very disappointed in the companies responding to calls. Having just had service, which we were happy with, I got a automated call saying they would be coming out again for service and if there would be a problem I could call the number they stated. Well, for 2 days I've called and left messages stating my contract was for quarterly service, not a month service. We are now going on the 3 day and I'll again call.
So happy with Humboldt Termite & Pest Control. The office staff was very nice, set a date for an estimate for pest control. Jonathan Whitmire came out and explained the service we would get and the cost. The date for our service came and although Beto was the one expected to do the work he called to let us know he had been tied up at a previous job but assured us that two other technicians would be out. Justin, Jon and John helped me with an attic clean out at my house, from scheduling to inspecting to actually doing the job. They all did a great job, were enjoyable to work with, and the result from the clean out has been tremendously beneficial.
