I worked at an event last weekend. And since Im doing my daily exercises, there was no flair up. This is huge that I am stable and not having greater nerve pain. I can manage my daily activities through consistently doing my Physical therapy exercises. I learned a lot of good tools with daily movement. Dr.James Moore was extremely supportive during my PT treatments.
I recently graduated from physical therapy here and I can't recommend them enough. The entire team was knowledgeable, supportive and genuinely cared about helping me succeed. They didn't just guide me through exercises they helped me understand how my body works, which muscles I needed to strengthen and why those exercises mattered. HPT's staff is friendly, flexible, and caring. I have received FIVE STAR care from them.
I had a referral sent to them back in February I was told I would be priority given my recent injury and I never heard back from them. You're better off going out of the area or working with someone virtually then here. I do not recommend.
James is so very helpful, he really understands and wants to help!
