My appointment was confirmed for 8am. They arrived at 8:50. Then I was let in and waited for an additional 10 minutes while she tended to her kids. I wanted 10 feed in braids and they told me they provided hair yet when I showed her the picture she asked if we were using just my natural hair and I said that I wanted 10 feed in braids and she grabbed the packet of hair I had brought, just in case, and used that instead of the "provided hair". Daughter received a simple 2 braid hairstyle. Her hair started unraveling after 2 days. I contacted the stylist. She made up something saying my daughter kept moving around. This was absolutely not true. My daughter is of age where she doesn't move around. Then she said her hair needed to be flat ironed first. I've never known a braider to want your hair flat ironed first. She then said I could come back or receive a partial refund. I contacted her back and she never responded again.
