Today 3/15/2025 8:21am I have an appointment no one here or answering the phone I paid an deposit when I booked an appointment that's stealing and unprofessional. 9:30am someone arrives unprofessional my daughter getting cornrows my morning & my money throwed off and wasted never again if you're an loyal continuous customer what was your secret to getting in the chair.

You’ll book for a time on the website then when you arrive, it takes an additional 30 mins -1 hour for you to actually get into the chair. 0 sense of urgency at that. If you’re not prepared, why not at least provide a notice to the customer that you’re behind or reduce the final cost? This isn’t the first time I’ve had to sit and wait either.

I am very pleased with my hairstyle! Queen was quick and her work is very neat! Even a week later, my braids still look fresh 🤩

I was unsatisfied with the service. Stopped doing my hair for an hour to take other appointments and take pictures of other clients. Atmosphere was very underwhelming. The next day my braids are now unraveling.
