Everyone seems to be really nice and helpful here ..
All my appointments get canceled at this location. Every time I contact this clinic I am given excuses as to why I cannot be seen. Always rudely told they are not accepting any appointments. Apparently this is an issue among many. I live close to this facility yet have to drive out to conroe or downtown Houston because of the lack of service provided here. The Humble Outpatient Clinic is a blessing. Dr.Decatur is very skilled, dedicated and knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. When life happens & my pcp doesn’t have availability I see PA Miller in the sick call clinic, he is personable, friendly and I appreciate the exceptional care he provides me and the other vets. The nurses are always helpful and polite & the front desk clerks are knowledgeable in assisting me with any questions/concerns I may have.
