Terrible, they send you on a maze when you call and when they give you an option to talk with a nurse they hang up on you. Poor service, don’t waste your time and money. They are probably out playing golf.
If you have medicaid don't bother calling. They look down and judge all medicaid patients. It's all about money with these people. Your child doesn't matter. When I called to schedule my daughter the rude girl on front desk was happy to help until I told her my daughter had medicaid. Then she said "oh well we aren't seeing any new patients" after she already told me they were. It's just because she's on medicaid and she even confirmed that was the reason why. This is ridiculous and definitely discrimination.
