Although the place is old and outdated, the front desk lady named LEXI was a wonderful young lady who knows customer service. I was greeted and given some paperwork and then admitted for an MRI on my shoulder. The wait was incredibly short. LEXI was very helpful and very efficient. I cannot say enough good things about LEXI (my favourite girl) and the Tech who showed genuine concern for my comfort and well being.
