Dr. Humble seemed very nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, his office staff is very inept. They were supposed to schedule test at the hospital and didn't. We had to call them repeatedly to get them to do it. They were also supposed to send test results to MD Anderson and failed to do so even after we requested in twice and gave them all of the contact information. Will NEVER go back. So much time was wasted when treatment should have been received in a timely manner. Terrible experience.
Correction of a patched Herna. Follow up more than I thought to expect.
Dr. Humble did my hernia surgery on july 5, 2016 and I couldnt have had better care. He and the staff at Baptist Hospital were great and patient and Dr. Humble's beside manners were super nice. He answered all my questions and I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Humble and Baptist Hospital.
Excellent Surgeon with gifted hands, Very knowledgeable, kind and compassionate, easy to talk to. Talks to you not at you, very attentive to your needs and fears. Answers all your questions and concerns. Staff is great. Just can't say enough good about Dr Humble and his staff.
Showed up at 9:30 for my 10am appointment. It was 11am before he could see me, and the staff is rude.
Dr. Humble is the best surgeon in Beaumont, Texas. He is awesome and his staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Dr. Humble has a nurse that is a class act. I highly recommend this Dr??

The doctor is good at what he does but his secretary or clerk is extremely rude and needs to improve her customer service and phone skills. She is very rude every time I call the office and makes me feel more like a nuisance than a patient. Dark brown straight hair mid-late 20s.
