Vanessa was rude and unprofessional. She refused to assist in any way. She will be the reason why I never buy another Hyundai again.
I absolutely love Capri, Vanessa, and Austin. They are amazing service specialists. They made sure all my needs were taken care of they were able to address my concerns. Plus, they are EXTREMELY courteous and knowledgeable. Kudos to them.
