Got oil change and tire rotations and some recall work done. Got repairs done quickly
I brought my vehicle to Humble Hyundai for an oil change, a recall repair, and a starting issue, and the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. I spent over an hour waiting with very little communication about my vehicle or transportation options. When I tried to arrange a rental, I was sent back and forth between Enterprise locations and left waiting even longer. The salesman Macklin was incredibly helpful and professional great service y’all
I am filing a formal complaint after my experience with Capri in the service department. This was hands down the most unprofessional and unacceptable customer service I have ever encountered at any dealership. Capri was dismissive, condescending, and showed a complete lack of accountability from start to finish. I have already contacted Hyundai corporate and will be escalating this to the Better Business Bureau. Capri should not be in a customer-facing role.
