I took my vehicle in for an oil change on Friday. I was told I needed a new tire. I decided to purchase all four new tires from them instead. The tires had to be ordered. I was called the next morning and told my vehicle was ready. As soon as I got on the highway, the car was vibrating and shaking badly. My car was perfectly fine before I dropped it off. Left a detailed voice mail and text message for the parts department and 5 days later, they still haven't called back.
My experience was new with having maintenance done on my 2023 vehicle. I was disappointed because I went a week without a loaner or rental.
Vanessa was rude and unprofessional. She refused to assist in any way. She will be the reason why I never buy another Hyundai again.
