Everyone was nice enough I guess, but they tried to convince me that my service contract only covered 1 more oil change on a new car, not even a year old. They told me I needed a front end alignment, when I don't. I bought my car at Baytown Hyundai and that's where I'll go for service from now on.
We visited to the dealership driving almost 30 miles to look at a used car. Which to our surprise had paint peel off damage at multiple spots which were not clearly shown in the listing online.
Editing to update. Still negative review. This time went in on 4/2/25 for an oil change that's covered under my new maintenance plan. Was there over 2 hrs and had to come back due to a noise coming from the tire. THEY FORGOT TO PUT A LUG NUT ON MY TIRE! They tried blaming me saying it was my fault that I came in that way.
