This company goes above and beyond for their employees! They are quick to help with any issue that comes up with their nurses, CNAs, and office staff. The people who built this company have compassion for their patients and strive to help anyone who needs it! They hire people who truly have not only the skills, but compassion for the patients as well. Communication is their top priority in running this business for not only their employees but to their patients!
They do not treat employees or potential employees as a priority. They are so backwards on hiring, I’ve applied twice and they have gone back and fourth on hiring me. They will call and say they are beyond busy and want you to work for them then turn around and change their minds. I know of six other CNAs who have also gone through this with them. There’s a lack of communication and poor work ethic with their hiring aspect side of this Home Health business.
