I joined Humble Fit Collective a few months ago, and it's been a game-changer! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, creating challenging workouts but also offering modifications to newcomers and those with injuries or limitations. Love this place! I have lost over 80lbs thanks to this gym.
Moved to the area and was pleasantly surprised to find a CrossFit style gym in the area. Been doing CrossFit for about 10 years now at many different locations and this gym is as good as any of the ones in the big city. Being new to the area it was a great place to meet some new friends and join a like minded community that puts importance on health. Loved the fact that they have yoga at the same location that is included in your membership.
Really friendly staff and they break the moves down really well. Awesome workout. Stopped in whilst visiting grand forks and would recommend!
Wonderful community, friendly atmosphere and competition if you want it.
