Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional. No accountability, doesn't care about people. I contacted the owner, Bridget, to notify her that my family member needed an elder at risk report filed due to financial abuse and reports from a neighbor that people are using drugs in her garage. I also notified her that the person that is employed through them as a live in caregiver is drinking and smoking with my family member. She took zero initiative to help. No return call. No follow up.
