I am extremely disappointed with the service my mom received. Less than a week after her micro bead extension installation, she had already lost more than 20 extensions. She also began experiencing significant pain and tension on her scalp. When another stylist examined her hair, they found traction marks on her scalp and even discovered that a broken bead had been left clamped onto a section of her natural hair instead of being properly removed. I had an awesome first experience here. This is such a cute salon! I saw an exclusive deal ($150 cut and mini highlight: 20(?) spots??) on Instagram and had to come in. There is parking right behind the salon and it was easy to find bc of the mural :on the wall! The atmosphere is very welcoming and bright upon entry.
