The WORST hair experience ever! I went in to get my hair lightened (I was getting an ombre) and a good 10 or so inches of my hair were burnt off by the "expert stylist". She told me she'd have to cut 3 or 4 inches and cut off at least 10! Beauty Brands is now refusing to do anything to fix what has happened to my hair. Doesn't even deserve one star.
This is by far my favorite beauty brands in lees summit!!! Girls there are super nice and knowledgeable about products!!! The services are fantastic and I was very pleased with my hair!!! Great salon :)
Worse customer service experience! Merchandise that I bought was very poor quality and the products were on sale and they purposefully did not give me the sale! When I stepped out of the store and saw the large sign advertising the sale, I turned around and went to the cashier who had to call the owner to ask if they could give me the sale. They did not speak about the matter in English and did not grant me the sale price advertised. Have NOT returned.
You win hands down, the staff is friendly , offers knowledge help. You guys are the best

I went to this salon to get my hair dyed red and it came out black. I should have checked reviews before going there; unfortunately it only occurred to me to check afterwards. Turns out I am not the first person this has happened to! While the people weren't rude to me the way they were to Alaina below, they also weren't very helpful. If a hairstylist screws up your hair, she should work hard to fix it, and quickly. Let me start off by saying my experience here was not a happy one. First of all the salon it self is old and out of date not mention how filthy it is, I'm almost positive that the floor had not been moped in years!Second they are not fully stocked on color and have turned away my business because they do not have the suplys they need.Third, this location only has staff stylist witch means they do not have very much experience in the industry! Absolutely can't stand this place. The girls who work here are beyond rude. I try to avoid going in there at all costs unless I really need something. The girls are no help and seem annoyed whenever you ask about how a product works, etc. The store itself is fine, but the employees make me feel very unwanted and annoyed while I'm there and after I leave. If I could, I'd give it zero stars out of five.
