I contacted the 24 emergency service line on Saturday night. My appointment was confirmed but nobody ever showed up. On Monday I got a voicemail that my appointment was canceled. Terrible customer service.
Lee was great at explaining what he did snd whst will occur in the future. Definitely an asset to your company.
I had a great experience with Red Star heating and cooling. Lee, the technician, was absolutely amazing—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He quickly identified the issue, explained everything clearly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Highly recommend Lee and the team for any AC repair needs!
