Was able to get my insurance policy through the phone. Luica was calm, patient, and very helpful. She went through the whole process and explained everything to make sure I understood. Very friendly and professional throughout the whole process and got me a lower price than my previous insurance.
Jose was extremely helpful and made the process of getting my insurance started quick and easy. He explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!
Have to give 5 stars to Jose Medina for helping me out today! Best customer service! Wasn’t able to deposit money till after work and he promised to call at a later time which he did even though it was closing time. Greatly appreciated it as he literally saved me 100$ from my previous insurance and got me a great policy!
