Dr Balderrama is the best we've seen he’s attentive he’s professional and gives you your time to explain and for him to answer GREAT Dr, but the front staff is a different story SUPER rude and unprofessional.
He has great bedside manner. Very informative and he is very compassionate.
Called to see if I could get an appointment to see the doctor since a friend referred me to him. And whoever is in front desk was so mean. She said I couldn’t be seen if I’m already being seen with someone else. They don’t give second opinions. I just wanted to know what was wrong with me because I’m always in pain. She didn’t even let me explain anything to her a was rejected. That sad that I can’t get this doctor to see me when I heard so many wonderful things about him.
On time with appointment. Great service.
Great doctor, he treats my mom very well and is super nice and gentle with the elderly.
