Receptionist and Dr. Tucker is not very welcoming. Rest of the staff is great, but for the price and lack of expertise I would recommend. A week for a replacement retainer to be made because only one person can make one is ridiculous. While at other orthodontist offices in the province majority has several people who can.
Lera is a friendly staff. Highly recommended here, good customer service.
Friendly staff and Dr tucker herself is great to talk with she. Takes the time too explain the process and answer questions .
Trust me, go somewhere else if the option is available to you. The client doesn't come first here.
