I’ve been receiving ultrasounds from Humber Valley Imaging throughout my first pregnancy, and I’m just so pleased with their service. Irina is extremely knowledgeable and makes me feel so comfortable. The clinic is so nice and clean! And front desk is friendly and wonderful! I highly recommended this clinic for ultrasounds, X-rays or any other type of imaging you need. One of the best in the city!
I attended here for my anatomy scan, the receptionist was pleasant, however the technician who never introduced herself was extremely rude and rushing me. She never explained anything to me and was extremely cold throughout the assessment. When my husband was brought back to see the ultrasound, she stated “are we Done here”. Prior to going in she told my husband it would be 50 minutes so we were trying to discuss what he was going to do and she stated “discuss this later”.
