I would not recommend this place to anyone looking to get an ultrasound with a full bladder. They admitted another patient right before my appointment and so I had to wait 15 minutes longer! You might think 15 minutes isn't that long, but trust me, you don't want to wait another minute with overflowing bladder. The receptionist lady with long dark hair chewing gum(!) while talking to patients was very unprofessional. Such a rude customer service shame on these people. Screwed up my appointment timing and being rude on top of it. Disgusting people. Reply - your employee raised voice on me during the call. Is this the respect level you carry for the customers? Sad to see the rude behaviour of your receptionist that shows how LOW is the customer service level of your establishment. I went into the clinic for the first time today without an appointment, as I had been seen at the walk in clinic in the same building and the doctor suggested I get my tests done right away. Zalina, Sara and Marianne were all very efficient, professional and welcoming. It was a lovely surprise. I would highly recommend this clinic!
I came here twice for prenatal ultrasounds. I am very satisfied. The receptionist and staffs here are very cheerful and friendly. Highly recommended!
