Everyone at the desk working here, besides the Jamaican secretary, have such thick accents that communication is difficult. They also get visibly frustrated and emotional when you don’t understand their instructions. The facility is modern, clean, and not busy, but the front staff detract from the experience. The ultrasound technician was professional and polite though.
The woman who did my imaging wouldnt allow my husband in, was cold and annoyed at every word spoken to her. When I asked what's behind the policy for no spouses, she said "It's bad enough the patients have questions. Spouses too? Too distracting". Apparently this seemed like a perfectly reasonable response to her.
I had a wonderful experience during my anatomy scan. The ultrasound technician(Iryna) was incredibly kind and gentle, which immediately put me at ease. She took her time to make sure everything was done thoroughly and never made me feel rushed. Her calm, reassuring manner made what could have been a nerve-wracking appointment feel comfortable and positive. I’m so grateful for her care and professionalism.
I had a great experience here. Every time I come I see Neveen and she is always lovely and makes the experience pleasant.
