Does not respect appointment times expect to be waiting. I tried to see if I could come in early. They said they were fully booked. That’s fine. But it’s now 15 minutes past my appointment time And I’m still waiting being told that other cases are more complicated and more important than mine. Also the receptionist and technician was very rude and abrupt. UPDATE: This is now my 40 week ultrasound appointment, I’ve been now waiting over 20 mins for my scheduled 9am appointment. Their radiologist dr Ragunwala probably the most efficient and best ive ever had to use
Very helpful staff as I brought my wife on May 27 after a foot fracture for the x ray and ultrasound and she was in deep pain and staff at Humber Valley made her comfortable and everything was done in no time and she was given the report same time. It was so helpful.
Very clean and bright facility for a medical office/clinic. Technical and reception staff were efficient and professional.
If you're able to get through to someone by phone, don't expect much. I waited on hold for 20 minutes only to have the call disconnected. When I called back a few times, no one answered. The customer service is disappointing, and communication is even worse.
