My experience here was a really good one. All the staff were very friendly, and the wait times were reasonable. I took my 92 year old father who is experiencing back pain and uses a walker, and everyone was very patient with him.
Does not respect appointment times expect to be waiting. I tried to see if I could come in early. They said they were fully booked. That’s fine. But it’s now 15 minutes past my appointment time And I’m still waiting being told that other cases are more complicated and more important than mine.
Absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I waited 3 months for this appointment, took a day off work, and specifically planned everything around a very specific date. They called to cancel less than 24 hours before the procedure. Their only "solution" was telling me to call someone else, without offering help of booking. Now I’m stuck waiting months again. They should have informed me much earlier instead of ruining my plans and medical timeline at the last minute. Stay away from this place.
Ms Fan is an amazing technician. She’s detail-oriented and professional. She is also very polite and makes me feel at ease. I’m fortunate to have Ms Fan to be my technician for all my past scans.
