My family has been coming to a doctor who has works at this facility for over 10 years. The doctor is amazing. She is so kind and personable, but the receptionist (Sandra) is unbearable to deal with. She is rude publicly to patients in front of other patients and staff. Multiple times, she has humiliated my family members, and it is unacceptable. She needs to retire.
I was a patient of Dr. Latak for roughly 3 years. There were multiple interactions with him that made me question his competence, but let me summarize it by saying I find him rude, condescending, and ill mannered. Even worse than that is his receptionist, do yourselves a favor and avoid this clinic
Dr. Paul Szmitko's bedside manners is exceptional. My husband was admitted into ICU after short period of induced coma from pulmonary edema. Dr. Szmitko, he is very well mannered and seems to care a great deal with patient. He spoke so clearly and explained what's his planned on how his going to help my hubby.Hope he continued the way he cares for his patient. Thank you, Thank you, Dr. Szmitko.
0 stars would be the rating, Humber river highlights themselves to be “caring, compassionate, & quality healthcare team” Dr Olena Ostapchuk service is none of what Humber seems to pride themselves on. The level of incompetence of this doctor is absolutely alarming. Though you are scheduled for a service, she will somehow, not use her medical advice but yet her personal advising to convince you that the visit isn’t necessary.
