My experience at this pharmacy has always been great! Ive been going for years as my doctor is in the same building. Communication with Alex and the other staff has been overall positive with wait times being next to nun compared to going to somewhere like a shoppers drugmart and everyone seem delightful. I would recommend this pharmacy with zero hesitation.
Unfortunately, my encounter with the staff was disappointing. They didn’t have the patience to address my concerns properly, and their communication was lacking. I hope they can work on improving their customer service skills Both the Pharmacist(the owner and the Assistant).
