Although I was there about 10 minutes before the closing time, no one took care of me and they said it was closed now.
On the paper the doctor gave us, it was written that it would close at 6. We got there at 4:58, but the woman at the reception came at 5:02 and said we are closed.
Who ever us answering the phone today you're playing games. you have a serious problem.
I am giving stars for the receptionist who accommodated me yesterday. I had a breast ultrasound and l cried the way the technician performed it! And she was mean by saying “ do you want to do this?” She was so rough and no empathy at all. I even crossed my legs while she was doing it. She didn’t even introduced herself before she begins the procedure. VERY MEAN AND NO COMPASSION FOR A PATIENT WHO IS ALREADY IN PAIN! I’M NOT GOING TO THIS CLINIC AGAIN. SHE SHOULD NOT BE IN HEALTHCARE!
