I had an ultrasound scheduled with Cindy. I find her to be incredibly rude, curt in responses and unsettling. This is distressing as an ultrasound can be an uncomfortable and anxious experience in itself. When I complained to front desk, they said they have never had complaints about Cindy. Considering the negative reviews on Google, I don’t think that’s quite accurate. If you’re an expecting mother, go to another clinic instead to be treated with human decency.
Always thought I was above writing one of these negative reviews, but here we are. Doctor sent me a requisition for work at this clinic to treat a small condition I have; I required an injection in order to treat the problem. I called the clinic ahead of time and asked them for an appointment and the person on the phone told me they were fine with seeing me today. Called ahead for an x ray for my son. Came at 430 as agreed only to find the x ray technician had left for the day. Hope you enjoyed your evening.
