I had a great experience at HBMI! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I had a small issue with my appointment, but they resolved it so quickly and with such kindness that I left feeling genuinely impressed and very happy. It’s rare to find such a warm and efficient team — thank you for making everything so easy and comfortable!
I recently had both a mammogram and an ultrasound, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to two wonderful ladies who assisted me. Mariana, who performed the mammogram, and Natalia, who conducted the ultrasound, were both absolutely excellent. They were professional, kind, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedures. Their warm and reassuring manner helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into a very comfortable one. I truly appreciate their care and dedication.
I had a mammogram done there. Staff at the reception desk were so pleasant and helpful. Technician explained everything well and it was not painful at all!!! I have recommended this place to friends and they were so satisfied. Great place!!
I recently visited Humber Bay Medical Imaging for my routine breast screening and was very impressed with their service. I had an appointment scheduled within 1 day, didn't have to wait once I arrived and had the most professional service (no pain or uncomfortable feeling). The person who was doing the screening (Marianna) was super nice and made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends.
