So happy I go here! This is my second experience with an ultrasound and it went great. The technician was super friendly and she eased me through the process. I've been to so many others and by far, this is the best, keeping up with appointment time and hospitality.
Every step of the process here was professional and efficient. Knowledgeable staff and technicians. Had a flawless experience. Will definitely be using them again if/when needed.
I’ve had 3 ultrasounds here and all were easy, great experiences. All 3 techs were lovely and reassuring and appointments are booked so quickly!
So I just showed up 15 minutes late for an emergency ultrasound while the lady in charge of the ultrasound said I don’t care you’re late. I told her that I’m a new mom with a newborn didn’t even care. I was only 15 minutes late this happened sept 14 at 4.45pm and the appointment was for 4.30pm. Please teach your staff how to communicate properly with patients and to learn a thing or two about empathy what a disgrace especially that the reason why she didn’t want to do the ultrasound is because she said she finishes at 5pm so... read more
