Humanitix is all about empowering the client to problem solve and learn so they are able to create and manage their own event. However, not everything goes to plan and I was super fortunate to have the very accommodating and phenomenally patient Rose in my corner, guiding me when I just couldn't quite get it. Putting customer experiences online can go either way - the company can being on the receiving end of brickbats or bouquets. This time - bouquets all the way. Thank you Rose.

As customers, we don't have a choice as to the ticketing company chosen by event hosts. However, I would urge hosts to reconsider Humanitix. When shows are cancelled beyond the customers/hosts control they refuse to refund their (exorbitant) booking fees. So, we are left paying for a booking that no longer exists, for a service that wasn't delivered. Leaves a bad impression, not only on them, but also on hosts that choose them as their provider. Really easy platform to use that makes you feel like you’re doing a bit of good in the world. Customer service is great theough their messaging service. Easy to use, quick reply (during business hours) and informative and straight forward. I organise ticketing for a non-profit community group, so low fees and community spirit is a must.
