esto no cambia, quieren ofrecer servicios de Primera calidad y siempre fallan. cada vez que vamos a la clinica de los medicos nunca envian los resultados al medico que los pide. es la 2da vez que nos pasa y nos tenemos que ir porque no hay comunicacion. tratamos de llamar pero nunca contestan y cuando lo hacen es con actitud.
I come in i speak to them in english and the staff speaks to me in spanish i am not fluent in spanish so they should respond to me in english so i asked them why they speak to me in spanish they response is because they feel more comfortable speaking in spanish well i feel more comfortable speaking in english they should hire more people who speaks english and spanish fluently

Llame el día de hoy para reservar una cita y la muchacha que atiende el teléfono en la oficina de Tampa te dice que va a checar el seguro y t cuelga, repetí la llamada dos veces y ocurrió lo mismo
