When I first walked in, I noticed it was very clean. The staff was very friendly, very organized, and very calm. Which was great. I had all 4 of my cats neutered there, and all went very well. I highly recommend going here. I lost a cat from some where else, so I was questioning everything. They updated me on every step. I won't take my pets any where else.
I can't say enough nice things about this place and the staff. I came here to put my 15 yr. old pitbull down because she was suffering. From the moment I checked in the young man at the front desk was so kind and spoke to me with compassion in his voice. The young lady in the back that assisted us with Princess was very sweet, kind, & professional. She didn't rush us or make us feel uncomfortable. Thank you all for everything you do!
Wonderful place<3 Very nice and professional people!! Cost-friendly establishment, too!! Im looking forward to having my service dog, and my cat, spayed there at my new veterinary facility:D
Zero stars if I could today. Upon arriving with my 4-month-old puppy for his wellness visit, we were immediately rushed by two unleashed dogs as we walked into the lobby. One attempted to bite him, and I had to physically step in front of the second dog and yell to prevent further escalation. This immediately created a stressful and unsafe environment.
