They want us to help control the animal population, but they don’t ever answer their phone to set up any type of appointments. Unfortunately, this review is prompted by my unsuccessful attempts to contact them, having called for weeks without a response and today waiting on hold for 25 minutes only to receive a message stating that they cannot take my call. I honestly don't understand how they never answer their phones. I called right at 8 AM as soon as they opened, and of course they "have too many calls" to pick up. How do you have too many calls the second you open? I tried multiple times and got the same thing, no answer. Last year at least I was able to leave a voicemail. Even though they did send me straight to Vm, I would rather be able to leave a vm then automatically be shut down the moment you call by telling us to call back later to get a hold of someone.
