I have come to the humane society since I was a kid. Over the years this place has declined in compassion and consideration. I have a cat that is outdoors, which it is extremely hard to catch. Therefore, I cannot make an appointment. I came in as walk in at 8:00am. I was the first of 2 only walk ins. The person at the front said they will do all the appointments ahead of me before my walk in appointment. After 2 hours, I asked another person upfront of the status of my walk in. My heart is broken because I had to put my beautiful fur baby to sleep this morning. The Humane society was very kind, thoughtful, patient, and loving. I appreciate them very much.
