A trip for shots ,1st time doing fast track but would rather see a Vet to ask questions
Surgery to remove a suddenly Enlarged and inflamed skin tag on the underbelly of one of my adopted rescues. Great success. Stitches to be removed next week. Care priceless but fee was manageable on SSA pension. I exist at 80 on a cash basis. Estimated cost less than 65% of private vet. $40 for initial consult. Cost included blood test, anesthesia, iv drip, at home pain medication, and a well fitting elizabethan collar to prevent his damaging the stitches in the healing process. My 9-year-old mixed pomchi has been having issues eating due to a broken tooth. I was told when I brought her in it would be an extra cost because it's considered a health exam. Fine I said would you like me to take her sweater off because she has skin irritations and anxiety. The doctor never used a stethoscopes to listen to her breathing which she was congested because she has a cold.
