They took very good care of my Gus. He went in for a neuter and they treated him very kindly. The staff there are very personable and I will definitely be back to bring my others.

I brought my kitten in to be neutered and he was given double the dose of anesthesia. I was then charged more money (not a substantial amount) for a medication that he was given for nausea, which was undoubtedly because of the double dose of anesthesia. The guy at the front desk Matt was rude and unprofessional. He was acting like we were inconveniencing him for wanting to get the ecollar (that I prepaid for), rabies proof and change we were owed.
