Update: the prescription was approved in a few days. I never found any information on what was happening. You need to be able to reach a person. This was unnecessarily frustrating. It is impossible to get any information on a prescription that was denied. I need my medication and can't seem to find a place to ask or a person to call. The phone tree is not helpful. My very first experience with Medicare and it is negative.

At 82 I have difficulty using the log in. I have complained for the last 3 years to no avail. Additionally, using the “auto refill” service I often run out of a medicine before it arrives. This usually only happens when all my refills are used and the doctors office has to be contacted. When this happens I call the doctors office who say they either never received a refill request or it was sent when requested. Finger pointing as to is at fault!!!

I like Humana because of the mail order. I'd give them a five star if they used normal pill bottles like every other pharmacy on the planet...

there is a very rude employee named trinity johnson who works here and she is very vile. she freaked out one day and threatened to make the guy in front of me overdose and she said she has been investigated before for doing it and gotten away with it
