If I could give ZERO stars I would. If you want to wait 10-12 days almost 2 WEEKS to get a prescription then CENTERWELL is for you! Unacceptable for Humana to treat senior citizens and disabled persons this way. If you have a critical med that you need ASAP use local pharmacy!! My back is BROKEN I have a fractured spine, disc herniation I cannot wait 10 days for a pain medicine!!!! 👎🏼👎🏼
What a mess!!!! Stay as far away as possible. Worst experience of my life. My problem Was never resolved. You will talk to representative after representative, most hadn't a clue what to do. I was two entire days on the phone. Put on hold over and over, 20 minute wait, still no one would pick up. Two days straight. Still not resolved. No wonder the stock price nosed dived last year.
