I have used 6 different mail order pharmacies in my life, and I can confidently say, this is the worst. They claim orders are fulfilled in 3-5 days, hasn't happened that quick yet. Then once they say the order has shipped, it sits on the dock for day before being picked up by USPS. So far, the quickest I have received an order was 15 days, and I am just one state away from where they shipped it. Customer service is useless. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I switched back to Walgreens. Would give it a negative score if it were possible.
I was recommended to use this company. I sIgned up and told my doctor I was was switching to this pharmacy. 5 days later, I'm getting conflicting emails about my order saying they are "still working on it; and "it's too early to refill" (which it isn't.) Tried to live chat with their support, and was told no one is available to chat. Tried to cancel my order, cant do that either. A total joke of a company. Going back to CVS...it isn't worth the hassle to save $2.00

This has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a pharmacy. My doctor sent a prescription to CenterWell 10 days ago. Last Thursday I called them to check on the medication and they told me they had never received the prescription. I contacted my doctor, who immediately sent it again.
