Without a doubt, the worst customer experience. Every one of my prescriptions has been a problem and I only have three! I cannot imagine how someone with a serious illness survives this pharmacy. Three prescriptions lost in the mail, hours spent on the phone with some of the most incompetent representatives I have ever dealt with. They have no process to correct mistakes and their representatives regularly shared that they have no tools or processes to correct errors.
I can't tell you how bad this pharmacy is. Run don't walk away from them. You cannot get your medication there and they will capture your prescription and you won't be able to transfer it.
Excellent pharmacy, I've never had any problem. There so Excellent.
Absolutely horrible on all levels. Support, delivery, ordering, etc. I am leaving them
