I am now on hold for over 30 mins, without the rep ever returning to the call. This is the most common tactic used by poor customer service reps to get you to hang up. She’s not at all worried about being monitored and facing consequences. This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Call after call gets no result. Too long for delivery.
Their Customer Service is terrible. If you have any issues whatsoever they are only concerned with getting you off the phone. They will try everything possible to pass you along to the next person as long as they can get you off the phone. I dealt with one representative named Nancy who took zero initiative to follow up on my order. I had to do all the talking with my medical provider on a three-way phone call and I had to tell her that she needs to give some direction to my medical provider in order for me to get my order f... read more
Pharmacy tech was disrespectful, rude,impatient. I have never been spoken to this badly. Customer. Service, and pharmacist were lovely.
