Several departments within the company that just tell you to call the other departments when looking for help with medications. Always 2 hour wait times on the phone only just to be told to call another number and be ping pongged to every department. Been doing this 2 weeks no answers to my medication needs. Do better 😑
I have had an issue since mid-December. After using Centerwell for over a decade, suddenly my scripts no longer appear when I sign into my account for refills. The message reads "looks like you don't have any RX with us." I have been trying to get the problem resolved since then with no luck. Either my husband or I have called at least 8 times and have gotten nothing but a run around. They can't get there act together when you have 2 insurance and no co pay. No help when you call.
Terrible experience. Would recommend them to no one. Transferred RX not filled ran out of drug--what a mess! Only giving a one star b/c you're not able to post otherwise.
