Review updated 11/17/25 UNPARALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE...I've been ordering from Centerwell Mail-Order Pharmacy for about 2 years. Their customer service is outstanding, and the staff patient, thorough and courteous. (I have Humana Insurance, so perhaps this is why my review is in stark contrast to some of the reviews here. Terrible communication, unpredictable and unreliable order processing, orders that are cancelled or delayed without any notice. Required hours of calls between me and my doctor and the pharmacy over the past 2 weeks to try and get a refill. 3 weeks since my last dose of medication.
