It's too hard to talk to an actual pharmacy advocate when you call and also once they notify you that your meds are up for automatic renewal it takes 3 weeks for them to actually fill the order.

I have used center well pharmacy for many years. Wonderful customer service staff always there to help. My prescriptions arrive to my door no muss no fuss. Love them. Pw

Horrible, horrible mail-order pharmacy. They harass you saying it is time to refill your medications when you have medications and don't need refills. Then they get a Clinician to call you wanting to know if you are taking your medication (she is the only one I have spoken to that is American). I have blocked so many of their phone #s. Then they start texting. Blocked those. If you call them you get someone who you cannot understand because they are from another country. I'm done with them and will get my medications locally... read more

This company is not customer friendly. I am not able to sign into my account, worked with AI which sent me to chat with a rep, the rep then in turn said there was trouble with the website and I had to call the 800 number. I wanted to delay my RX by 3 weeks. The gal I talked to (hard to understand) said she could do that. I got a text on a Saturday saying that the RX was getting ready to ship. Again, not able to get to my account online. Waited until Monday to call. My card was already charged and not able to cancel the order... read more
