I had the equivalent of the silver dental plan that had a zero balance for usage. I went for a exam, routine cleaning and xrays. Humana covered the exam only, i paid almost $300 out of pocket. I went to an In Network dentist. So why are they In Network if you dont cover their basic services? Why have your insurance? Maybe at least a partial coverage for routine service? Humana One is a scam, beware.
