I have had nothing but wonderful experiences and have made wonderful friendships. The classes are very educational . Lizmar at the front desk is extremely friendly and welcoming. We have so much fun with her .John , customer care specialist and Roey the sales agent always have time to come out and chat with us when they can, they make you feel like your special. my experience with this center is not good. no one really available to help you except 2 young girls at the front desk - both speak softly and are hard to understand and one's English is not good. can't make an appt to be helped as they don't seem to know when staff will be there for sure. was given a number for a customer service person which I understood would contact the person directly, but it was just a general customer service number with no opportunity to speak to a live person. I think going to this center is a waste... read more
Just to let you know that the service my brother and I have received from you guys was excellent. The first time, it was Merlane and the second time, Desy. I was amazed by their patience and their professionalism. The employees at the front desk were very nice also. Keep up the good work guys!
