AVOID! Completely botched the transition in Texas. Waited a year to render payment to a provider, then sent a check to the wrong address. Customer service unable to resolve the problem.

I have never left a one star review before. The tricare reserve select east customer service reps were some of the rudest I have ever talked to. The standards for military insurance needs to be higher. You are servicing the nations soldiers. Be better.
