Every referall they give me ends up with a healcare group that doesnt accept the referall. Ive had to call humana back 5 seperate times to change a referall because the clinic they referred me to was either for children, not accepting new patients, was not accepting, tricare, was in the wrong location etc.

She should not be working in a place where she can easily discriminate someone because of their last name or color of skin because of you’re not white she questions if you’re even legal.

To avoid paying claims Humana will hound you to the ends of the earth with mail, emails and text messages telling you to give them your other insurance information even when you don’t have any other insurance and have no clue what they are talking about. They try to avoid paying unequivocally legitimate claims and they continue to ask multiple times through the mail, emails and texts for your annual dues payment months after you already paid it! 5 Negative stars. I am guessing that the people who work for this organization are trying to do the right thing... But the processes in place result in the consistent use of delay, diffuse and deny tactics which drive negative patient outcomes in the long run.
