Can't seem to get anything substantial done with this dental plan. Every time I call to cancel I can't understand a word. People are saying, and they are trying to upsell me the whole time.
recommendations is to take Humana to a tort lawyer. My wife was discharged after only two weeks in rehab she was at A Villa in New Brighton Minnesota where the staff wouldn't help clean her up and no rehab to learn how to walk but Humana said she has to go or we will pay the co-pays which is more than rehab my advice is don't go to A Villa because Humana doesn't check out the facility and don't care whether you can take care of yourself.

My coverage is great and a good deal for the money. However, the customer service is about the worst I have EVER had to deal with. Right uo there with Comcast and CenturyLink. Repeat calls, hard to understand, super long wait times, getting disconnected, and total incompetence when attempting to resolve my issues. Even a simple call to change my primary doctor turned into a major headache. Coverage questions can turn into three day nightmares!
Spent a month hospitalized with pneumonia. Humana wants me discharged from the therapeutic care unit they approved after 2 weeks and about 5 days earlier than their initial estimate. They don't. care about my safety after discharge,!! 😠
