If I could give zero stars or negative stars that's what it would be!!! I hate Humana with a passion!!! They have denied just about every prescription I have been on for years and sent me letters telling me to try things I am allergic to and keep charging me when I have met my deductible! If I could get rid of them now I would but unfortunately I am stuck so I will not be going to the doctor or filling any prescriptions until next year.
Don't know why but for some reason I've been unable to return continuous "bulk" mailings/offerings sent to my brother who passed away 8 years ago. Perhaps need to check/update mailing list.
The agent was very helpful with getting my new insurance policy. He send info re what we needed for insurance & registration. Most efficient & personalized service.
