If I could give something lower than a one, I would. Lost checks, misapplied funds, and still they are blaming us and we will loose our coverage. Terrible company, stay far away. Costumer Service is non-existent.
Not only do they not answer their phone if you call, but they don't return messages and they also have a "do not knock" sign on their door. I thought, perhaps, there was a misunderstanding with the phone for the last two days after calling and leaving multiple messages. However, after physically going to the business, it seems that the problem is a lack of customer service. Unfortunately, based on this sour experience, I won't be purchasing insurance through Humana.
