Customer service could use improvement
I'm going to end up getting dumped again. I had to request from for cproof of chronic condition. Someone threw the original away. So I'm asking for a new one which takes 7 to 10 days to mail. They don't have it online, they can't email it to me. I asked if the agent could not that in cworking on it but due to a problem there could be a delay. He said can't do that with this plan.
