If you aren’t calling to get new insurance plans they will hang up on you… over and over. They have been mailing me someone else’s sensitive healthcare information for 5 years. After trying different contact avenues and return to sender, they still send the mail and will not take any communication from non-members. Hopefully reviews and social media will get the job done.
Humana Insurance is the best health insurance I haven't had. I love having the pharmacy with Humana. They send me all my medications in the mail early for me. I plan on staying with Humana.
