Humana uses MTM for medical transportation in Houston and they don't vet drivers, send filthy cars with drivers in sweaty tank tops who run red lights while on there phone the entire trip. This is based on multiple occurances but Humana refuses to practice ethics and provide safe, reliable medical transportation.
After 30 minutes going over dental information the line disconnected and the rep didn't even bother to call me back. So I called got someone else and explained to them the line dropped. She stated the rep should have called me back. So we start going over the details of a dental claim and after 27 minutes the line disconnected guess what, she didn't even bother to call back either. I hope my time with this company isn't going to be filled with disappointment
The worst customer service ever. They promise that you can use the dental policy for dental cleaning the next day and after you sign up They will tell you you have to wait 6 weeks. What a RIP off. Deceiving practices.
