Beware!!! This is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. This company screwed me out of $308 that I had on my OTC card. I tried 3 times to use the card for supplements that I have bought for 3 years and now that I am switching to another insurance company the card did not allow me to make the purchases. With these insurance commercials, they make you believe that you have to have a supplemental insurance. When in reality, you just need your red, white and blue card. The representatives keep putting you on hold for around thirty minutes.They don't know what they're doing, very unexperienced people that just want to give you a run around.And i'm just about ready to cancel humana.
