Humana used to be a good company. Now, I can't even speak to a rep to get plan changed. Called in & rep transferred me to other reps that I didn't need. After 35 mins, I told them I was done being transferred & they all kept repeating the same info. Really, I'm also looking at my plan on the website but they must think ppl are dumb. I've been with them for over 6 yrs but looking for a different company now.
I had an appointment scheduled at this location. I noticed that there was a line but luckily I had about 20 extra minutes to spare. The woman on the right was attending to guest while the individual pictured carried a conversation with an employee that wasn’t working related. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!!
OK at this point I'm just gonna go back to LG&E because oh my God, how's the case closed when I never even said I wanted a case to be closed? Now where's my money? I thought I was gonna get some money, but no, I'm the one paying the money now. Man this really sucks. LG&E would do though. (I guess living in Louisville isn't what i thought..)
