This company is a nightmare to get anything done ive been locked out of my account 6 months of calling getting hangup on or put on hold its disqusting
Absolute trash consumer service. Their system routes my number to the Spanish line when I call and they have no clue how to fix. Had a client who lost his prescription plan over 30 and when he paid and asked for good faith reinstatement he was denied; OVER 30.00 we paid the second it was realized. Will never deal with this company again
I have been trying to use the Over The Counter site to order some items that are "provided" by Humana through Centerwell online pharmacy. For over three weeks I am getting a message : Sorry, we ran into a problem on our end". 6 phone calls and hours wasted speaking with the "customer service" lead to no help whatsoever. The "advocates" have no clue how to remediate and just keep passing me over to the next "advocate". Multi billion dollar company is unable to hire at least semi professional staff?
Bait and switch hypocrites. They will approve your referral to a specific place, and then only after you go they deny it and bill you. Then when you go to appeal their site doesn't show your EOB and you cannot submit an appeal without it. They tell you they support service members mental health, and pretend to care so much on their website then they turn around and deliberately do this to servicemembers. This is disgusting. I cant afford $300 a week for mental health appointments.
