Humana is the who provides my Medicare coverage, now that I receive Social Security Disability Income. The rules and benefits for MediCARE were a change from the MedicAID guidelines! I was a bit upset with the changes 😡 ...the podiatrist and the dentist may not have nice memories of my appointments? 🙄 ***but I always give credit where credit is due. Monthly, Humana provides 350$ on a spending card. Since SSDI is provided on the 3rd of the month, I am always short on the first. I can always count on Humana 💕
Customer Service is atrocious. They give you the runaround, the agents are not knowledgeable and many especially with heavy foreign accents read quickly off of a script. When asked a question they don't seem to grasp it and just repeat a script. If you ask them for anything, they ask their supervisor and the answer you get suggests they are trying to get rid of you. Because of their paperwork error I have no health coverage and one ever calls back to fix the issue, NOT MY PAPERWORK error Cant even go to the ER!
