They force you to use CenterWell Pharmacy for your benefits card. CenterWell Pharmacy has horrible quality extremely limited choices with no price comparisons and then force you to pay money if it’s over so basically it’s a forced scam it borders on fraud due to the no choices that other insurance companies offer They’re in bed with CenterWell
As a provider, I can't recommend enough to avoid Humana coverage at all costs, they're probably the worst to work with and the worst coverage.
I experienced abuse, intimidation and fraud in an at home annual wellness check in '23 with a Gail Johnson in the Asheville, NC area. Gail Johnson told me to I quote "get in there and sit down and shut up" when she walked in the door. Gail Johnson asked me questions like how's your erection, do you do drugs or smoke Marijuana.
