This company is a scam. I told them if I had to pay a monthly premium I did not want to join. The lady assured me that I wouldn’t. I asked 4 times to make absolute sure and she assured me I have nothing to worry about. I just received a letter saying I have to 68$ a month on top of the 200 I’m already paying. Do not trust these people
Humana USED TO BE great but times have changed and so have the things that they promoted on TV commercials. No more OTC now, used to be $100.
they haven't payed any doctors in months they changed my plan 5 times since September and didn't honer it once they lie say I was getting a 175 food card in January and didn't get it when I called and confronted them about these mistakes the humana employees were rude and very disrespectful
