Absolute worst insurance company- I am speaking on behalf of my MOL who was in a bad car accident where her husband passed and she was left with two broken hips, broken femur, and multiple fractures but insurance has no issue sending her home to take care of herself in a wheelchair. Thanks Humana you really show compasion to the elder folks...what a joke UPDATE: she made it four days at home on her own and fell. It took her 6 hours to crawl to her phone to get help. Worst customer service ever. Can’t even use my insurance even though I paid months ago. Get laughed at my representatives on phone and they still don’t fix the issue. Can’t believe I gave you my money for nothing.
