I needed dental insurance so I checked Humana to make sure our dentists were in network and they showed they were. I paid the premium. 5 Days later I get a letter to call and assign my primary dentist. I call and tell them the same dentist their website said was in network when I signed up. They then tell me my dentist is NOT in network. Sooooo...I had to cancel the policy and start over. Nice of Humana to WASTE MY TIME. If I could give a negative star rating I would. The Home Health Nurse that Humana sent to visit my Dad was very unprofessional and offered unwanted or asked for advice to the family that had nothing to do with my dad's health. He unwanted "Mental Health" advice was directed at the family and she had no specialized training in that area. If any has the same situation come up I would advice to ask the nurse to leave and or let him or her know that its unwelcome.
