Camelia Harris is a very unsatisfied member with Humana when it comes to my prescription drug medication, they lured me into a false security that all my medication would be $0 copay and I've had to pay for my medication twice. I am thankful that a Walgreens Pharmacy Tech found coupons to extremely lower my cost but I live on a fixed income and having to pay anything out of pocket is a hardship for me. Try their hardest to deny claims and then try even harder to not let you find a resolution to your claim. Terrible insurance. Please don’t buy their policies. I promise you will regret it.
