Do not get coverage with this company absolutely the worst ever. They terminated my advantage plan with no notification whatsoever. I called four times and was told that I still had coverage medical and prescription drug only to call a fifth time and be informed that I have been misinformed by all those people That I no longer had coverage that they had terminated my coverage no explanation why no Notification. They’re going under. There are many better insurance companies out there than This one is the bottom of the barrel

Humana is trash! I have tried to set up a provider contract since June and continue to get the run around, long waits for responses and over all poor follow up. It’s a shame how Humana does not want to help get providers set up to serve Humana consumers! Terrible!

Excellent service provided by Humana representative explaining the different plans available. It made us feel confident about the choice we made.

Don't sign up with Humana! My coverage started in January and in February I can't get my prescription medication covered. I went over my medication list before enrolling. It was a bait and switch. The customer service is awful. I 'm spending hours every day trying to get help. Stay away!!!!

Been three weeks of them ignoring phone calls on meds I need to breathe. There is no one ever at the office. It immediately goes to a recording. They choose to blame my doctors office as why I dont have meds, and the only reason I found this out was that the pharmacy technicians where I get said meds was explaining this to me. Today it's apparently someone at the office's birthday why the phone goes to immediate 'we will call you back.'
